A $25 deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm appointment. An email invoice deposit request will be sent to you. If the deposit is not made within 24hrs of booking your appointment reservation will be removed. Appointment confirmation will be sent once deposit is paid.
Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require for a 24-hour notice. Less than a 24 hour notice will result in the loss of your paid deposit. Please understand that when you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment with proper notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services. As a courtesy we send out reminder texts and emails 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it could be to forget an appointment when you have a busy schedule. "NO SHOWS" will lose their paid deposit or prepaid session for that appointment. Deposits are non-refundable for appointments made within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby clients of any availability.
